Responsibilities

Build, configure, maintain, test, deploy, and monitor RPA bots using Automation Anywhere.
Develop Python scripts for data manipulation, file processing, API integrations, and tasks outside native bot actions.
Use Unify Apps or comparable platforms to create triggers, interfaces, and application-to-application workflows.
Assist with AI and GenAI capabilities including intelligent document processing, basic LLM API calls, prompt engineering, and pattern recognition.
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing defect resolution.
Monitor bot execution logs and performance, troubleshoot runtime exceptions, and implement fixes.
Analyze manual workflows with business analysts and stakeholders and help translate them into technical architectures.
Create process design documents, solution design documents, and operational runbooks.
Provide progress updates during standups and sprint planning and participate in peer code reviews.

0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software development, test automation, or robotic process automation, including relevant internships and capstone projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Working knowledge or project experience with Automation Anywhere, including Control Room, credential management, and work queues.
Proficiency in Python, including core libraries, pandas, JSON, and requests for REST API interactions.
Exposure to Unify Apps or comparable workflow orchestration platforms.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML principles, Intelligent Document Processing, and API-driven AI services such as OpenAI API or cloud vision/NLP APIs.
Foundational knowledge of SQL, HTML, JSON, XML, and Git version control.
Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and willingness to learn from senior engineers.
