Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows over enterprise and government data with clear access rules.
- Design context and grounding systems for models without violating permissions.
- Work across backend services, APIs, async workers, and data pipelines.
- Create evaluation and feedback loops for model behavior and workflow outcomes.
- Own tracing and runtime visibility across models and tool calls.
- Debug failures using evidence from context and production logs.
- Develop shared primitives for context assembly and reviewable outputs.
- Transition prototypes to production quality systems with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping production software and AI products.
- Strong software fundamentals with fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with technologies like React, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership of projects.
- Experience in building production LLM or agentic workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with debugging production failures in agent workflows.
