Responsibilities
- Design and implement architecture for high-performance, highly available, scalable model inference services.
- Develop and optimize inference-framework modules such as inference-engine scheduling, monitoring and alerting, and canary release.
- Resolve performance, resource, and stability bottlenecks in high-concurrency and large-model inference scenarios.
- Evaluate emerging inference technologies and develop distributed high-concurrency service architecture solutions.
- Promote technical-system upgrades and standardization while driving resolution of complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with basic Linux commands and solid C/C++ programming, data structures, and algorithms knowledge.
- Understanding of multithreaded concurrency, including thread usage, synchronization locks, thread pools, common concurrency issues, and basic performance tuning.
- Experience developing high-concurrency distributed services and optimizing service latency and resource usage.
- Strong learning, execution, problem-analysis, abstraction, collaboration, communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
- Preferred: practical project experience and source-code familiarity with Redis, RocksDB, BRPC, or gRPC.
- Preferred: understanding of GPU operating mechanisms and experience optimizing GPU service resource management and control.
