Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure and efficient backend APIs and services.
- Migrate and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Automate backend deployments and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement cloud application and data security measures aligned with OWASP practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps professionals, and cloud architects.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Codex to support coding, code reviews, and productivity.
- Mentor colleagues through technical guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with TypeScript.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML authentication technologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Understanding of messaging and broker systems including Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
- Knowledge of security concepts and OWASP best practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, observability, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of quality engineering practices and strong debugging skills.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design is an asset.
- Fluent English communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
