Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own major product areas end-to-end, from problem definition to production.
- Design and build scalable systems across backend, frontend, and integrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows and inform product decisions.
- Drive technical decisions to enhance reliability, scalability, and execution speed.
- Mentor engineers and elevate engineering quality and product thinking.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience building and scaling production systems.
- Proven ability to ship complex features with high ownership.
- Strong product instincts to discern what matters in development.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and transition from 0 to 1 to scale.
- Clear communication skills to align teams around decisions.
