Responsibilities

  • Build and support AI-assisted software development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management for enterprise products.
  • Design and implement AI agents for incident triage, remediation, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.
  • Enhance observability, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational intelligence using AI agents.
  • Automate engineering documentation and knowledge management through AI-driven solutions.
  • Build evaluation frameworks, monitoring capabilities, governance controls, and guardrails for AI-powered services.
  • Drive AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams on transformation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field completed within the last 24 months, or 2–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Python and SQL proficiency with hands-on experience using Flask, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or SDKs from leading AI model providers.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents on platforms such as Glean or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, security, and privacy.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end AI lifecycle management, including monitoring and governance; a GPA of 2.7 or higher is preferred.
