Responsibilities
- Develop AI-assisted applications that automate offensive security workflows, including reconnaissance, vulnerability identification, exploit chaining, payload generation, and post-exploitation simulation.
- Integrate large language models and machine learning capabilities into red-team pipelines.
- Build tooling mapped to MITRE ATT&CK to emulate real-world attacker behavior consistently and repeatably at scale.
- Develop orchestration layers for multi-stage attack simulations across on-premises, cloud, and containerized infrastructure.
- Build data pipelines using security telemetry, scan results, and threat intelligence feeds to prioritize automated testing campaigns.
- Implement, operate, and scale offensive security and adversarial emulation capabilities across enterprise, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, focused on security tooling, automation platforms, or AI/ML-integrated applications.
- Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and other relevant languages.
- Familiarity with red-team methodologies and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Knowledge of common security controls, best practices, and attacker techniques.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM models into applications through APIs, including prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic workflow design.
- Preferred qualifications include AI agentic development experience, vulnerability management and remediation experience, enterprise-scale red or purple team experience, a master's degree, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
