Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom AI agents, Generative AI applications, and AI-powered automation based on client requirements.
- Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously enhance AI solutions across development and production environments.
- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, orchestration, and LLM integrations.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Provide production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, upgrades, and incident resolution.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies and recommend solutions for client projects.
- Work with technical and non-technical client stakeholders and manage multiple client projects.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Experience with AI agents and agentic AI, including multi-step workflows, tool/function calling, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and context management.
- Strong prompt-engineering skills, including prompt optimization, structured outputs, few-shot prompting, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, AI application testing, model selection, token and cost optimization, latency, and scalability.
- Strong programming experience in Python; Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# is a plus.
- Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting applications in production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience, with hands-on GenAI/LLM development strongly preferred.
- IT consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Korean bilingual ability is preferred.
