Base Salary
$125k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own proofs of concept and enterprise deployments for important customers.
- Select use cases, configure Nova against customer systems, train customers, demonstrate measurable wins, and guide expanding adoption.
- Manage long-term technical relationships with SAP architects, development leads, product owners, and executives.
- Read code and traces, form hypotheses, debug issues, and resolve or precisely route problems.
- Communicate customer insights, friction points, and use cases to the product team.
- Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, salespeople, the CTO, and the co-founder.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of serious SAP technical experience.
- Fluent ABAP skills and broader polyglot programming experience are required.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA migrations or Clean Core programs is desired.
- Experience with modern coding agents, AI tooling, and frontier models is desired.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or small consulting firm with end-to-end ownership of customer outcomes is desired.
- Clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders is required.
- Public technical output such as writing, talks, open-source contributions, or community participation is a strong plus but not required.
