Base Salary
$141k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure for generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to deploy and optimize AI models.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based AI systems.
- Use Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and AI model deployment issues.
- Document best practices, processes, and procedures and apply current advances in cloud and generative AI.
- Design and implement large-scale, complex network solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of AI experience; five years of AI experience is preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex network solutions.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with strong AWS and Azure knowledge.
- Proficiency in machine learning and AI models, generative AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Expertise in vector databases and their application within generative AI frameworks.
- Desirable knowledge of AI agents and orchestrators, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Spring AI.
- AWS or Azure certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
