Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native services and applications at scale.
- Build AI-powered features and platform capabilities using AI, automation, and agentic workflows.
- Deliver projects end to end across multiple services and components.
- Develop maintainable, observable software with strong reliability, security, privacy, and operational excellence.
- Analyze production telemetry and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in live-site support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and service health improvements.
- Use AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with coding experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is preferred.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, or intelligent automation solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or related Microsoft cloud technologies is preferred.
- Experience with telemetry, observability, incident management, and service reliability engineering is preferred.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Benefits
- The role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The U.S. base pay range is $85,400-$168,100 per year, with a San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of $111,100-$183,700 per year.
