Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM delivery and configuration.
- Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to best practices in Workday HCM implementations.
- Perform application configuration and customization.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Apply analytical and troubleshooting skills to Workday HCM solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Certification in Workday Core HCM is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and Workday HCM Security.
- Experience with configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
