Base Salary
$165k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions for testing and validating CoreWeave’s global infrastructure.
- Design and develop Kubernetes-native controllers and operators to automate infrastructure workflows and testing.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go or Python.
- Develop performance tests and automation workflows for hardware validation across the CoreWeave fleet.
- Adapt and extend open-source tooling to improve visibility into system metrics, performance, and health.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and partner with fleet, product, and hardware teams.
Requirements
- Approximately 5–8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python software development.
- Hands-on experience writing Kubernetes operators and controllers.
- Experience testing hardware at scale is preferred.
- HPC experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, training, or inference is preferred.
