Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as an IC leader, taking ownership over the team’s domain and promoting a positive engineering culture.
- Systematically identify high ROI problems and build alignment with stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers to grow their technical and professional skills.
- Deliver rapid, high-quality output using AI tooling to enhance development.
- Define metrics for system health and proactively reduce ad-hoc toil.
- Collaborate with the developer community and QA functions on release strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development workflows and productivity.
Requirements
- Deep experience with Android development and interest in full-stack work (Java/Kotlin Cloud services, React UIs).
- Proven experience in mobile CI/CD and release engineering, particularly with Jenkins and Gradle.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about improving workflows for fellow engineers.
- Ability to explain complex technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and automate processes.
