Responsibilities
- Lead 60-minute deep-dive meetings on Identity Threat Protection for customers.
- Support proof of value initiatives alongside senior specialists and the core team.
- Define and validate success criteria for identity attack scenarios.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering on capabilities and roadmap.
- Contribute to the identity threat library and competitive positioning content.
- Deliver technical training as part of the Black Hat enablement curriculum.
- Provide structured feedback to senior team members for product roadmap improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of presales or Sales Engineering experience in security.
- Direct exposure to identity, IAM, or ITDR is preferred.
- Familiarity with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID architecture.
- Experience supporting or running technical proof of values.
- Ability to explain multi-stage identity attack concepts to technical audiences.
- Comfort operating cross-functionally under a fast-moving, pre-GA launch timeline.
