Responsibilities
- Listen to stakeholder visions and translate business requirements into Workfront configurations.
- Design foundational Workfront structures for future expansion into brand and campaign planning.
- Audit and standardize request queues and custom forms for accurate work routing.
- Build and deploy reusable project templates with accurate task dependencies.
- Establish task-ownership frameworks and role assignments across teams.
- Design and maintain custom integrations using Workfront Fusion and Jira.
- Identify and implement AI opportunities to automate workflows.
- Author Standard Operating Procedures and governance standards for end-users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Workfront Solution Architect or similar role.
- Proven ability to translate high-level process concepts into operational solutions.
- 3+ years of experience building automated scenarios in Workfront Fusion.
- Experience integrating Workfront with Jira via APIs.
- Familiarity with AI solutions to optimize business workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
