Base Salary
$115k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own the AI harness for Bloomerang engineering.
- Ship minimum viable increments and gather customer feedback.
- Standardize prompt and context pipelines across products.
- Evaluate new AI models and tools for organizational use.
- Design and manage backend services, focusing on authentication.
- Diagnose and resolve technical bottlenecks in distributed services.
- Improve engineering standards and developer tooling.
- Facilitate continuous-flow work processes and collaborative practices.
- Lead the responsible use of AI within the team.
Requirements
- Genuine AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET is ideal.
- Experience with distributed systems and authentication is a plus.
- Self-directed ownership mindset for problem-solving.
- High standards of technical excellence and accountability.
- Proficiency in various frameworks, languages, and databases.
