Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define architecture and engineering standards for SAP solutions.
- Design and deliver solutions end to end across core SAP platforms and related services.
- Provide hands-on, customer-facing technical delivery.
- Translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Apply AI tools to development, testing, data, and support use cases.
- Make pragmatic technical decisions and maintain a high bar for craft and velocity.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on SAP engineering experience, with strong ABAP and ABAP OO or modern ABAP skills.
- Experience with S/4HANA migrations and strong SAP fundamentals, including RAP and OData.
- Solid NetWeaver fundamentals, including AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori.
- Ability to translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Hands-on use of AI tools and clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.
- Strong ownership, communication, decision-making, learning ability, and dedication to technical craft.
