Responsibilities
- Drive technical impact from concept to production by leading the delivery of advanced AI solutions.
- Engineer bespoke AI and agentic solutions tailored to customer data ecosystems.
- Architect data and integration pipelines to ensure production-grade AI systems.
- Lead rapid prototyping and iteration to showcase Fiddler's capabilities.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable designs.
- Evangelize best practices in AI observability and guide customers toward responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor and elevate technical teams through hands-on guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML or AI systems.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related engineering discipline.
- Expert-level coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Proven experience integrating or orchestrating LLM/Generative AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in customer-facing engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and ownership.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site customer collaboration.
