Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build AI product experiences from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into clear workflows and technical designs.
- Develop and enhance AI agent testing and optimization workflows.
- Utilize product data and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create documentation and demos to align teams and expedite processes.
- Define the product and technical standards for AI-native experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software/ML engineer on user-facing systems.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with end-to-end product ownership experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or applied ML products.
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas into user-friendly experiences.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Proficient in moving quickly from idea to prototype while ensuring engineering quality.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
