Responsibilities
- Solve complex and novel security problems end-to-end for the company and its clients.
- Write production-quality code and build internal security tools, agents, automations, monitoring, guardrails, and enforcement systems.
- Secure multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows against prompt injection, model manipulation, agent abuse, and other emerging threats.
- Identify security market gaps, prototype new products and tools, and turn internal capabilities into external offerings or ventures.
- Represent security directly with clients, help them deploy AI systems safely, and translate complex risks into actionable decisions.
- Address digital and physical security risks when relevant to real-world attack surfaces and operating environments.
Requirements
- Current ability to write production-quality code and use modern development tools such as Claude Code.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, application, and AI security in real production environments at scale.
- Significant security leadership experience as a CISO, Head of Security, or senior security architect while remaining hands-on technically.
- Understanding of offensive and defensive security, including red-team and blue-team thinking and real-world attacker behavior.
- Experience building security tooling, automation, or internal security products and taking prototypes into production.
- Ability to operate under uncertainty, threat-model novel systems, work directly with clients, and develop security solutions without an established playbook.
