Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic system that automates the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and deliver production features daily.
- Develop software using TypeScript and React.
- Iterate on the product through customer conversations and feedback.
- Balance rapid development with scalability and code quality as the product grows.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience with LLM APIs.
- Ability to work with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset focused on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in person from the company’s San Francisco hackerhouse.
