Responsibilities

  • Design scalable AI solutions aligned with business strategy, benefits cases, and client environmental requirements.
  • Serve as an AI technical advisor and subject-matter expert across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Facilitate team, client, and pre-sales meetings and presentations.
  • Translate customer business requirements into AI and IoT value propositions and solution scopes.
  • Analyze client processes, identify AI opportunities, and recommend approaches based on client maturity.
  • Estimate, design, and help drive AI deals and delivery.
  • Build AI assets and enable internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project delivery as an AI SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
  • Provide best-practice guidance and quality assurance to AI project teams.
  • Design data flows, data pipelines, data streams, system integrations, and data preparation solutions.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Management consulting and systems integration experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AI algorithms, AI hardware accelerators, machine learning, computer vision, and Azure data and AI services.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, CUDA, ONNX, Caffe, or similar machine learning frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience applying data and analytics to business use cases, including data profiling, cataloging, mapping, and preparation for consumption.
  • Experience building data pipelines, data streams, system integrations, and real-time or near-real-time streaming analytics solutions.
  • Experience with .NET, Python, LLM solution architecture and development, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, time-series analytics, and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Understanding of data science and machine learning principles, DevOps, MLOps, software development life cycle, and Agile development.
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately five to seven years of experience in a similar professional position.
  • Microsoft Certified Data Science Associate certification is likely preferred.
  • Experience spanning management consulting, software engineering or architecture, data science, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong communication, customer-facing, consulting, coding, problem-solving, and architectural decomposition skills.
  • Ability to discuss AI use cases across multiple industries and work comfortably in a hands-on position.
