Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions aligned with business strategy, benefits cases, and client environmental requirements.
- Serve as an AI technical advisor and subject matter expert across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Analyze client processes, identify AI opportunities, and recommend approaches based on client maturity.
- Define AI and IoT value propositions, solution scope, estimates, technical designs, and client proposals.
- Facilitate team meetings, client meetings, and pre-sales presentations.
- Assist with delivery as an AI SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Build AI assets and enable internal and external stakeholders while expanding organizational capabilities.
- Advise AI project teams on delivery approach, strategy, best practices, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Management consulting and systems integration experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI algorithms, AI hardware accelerators, machine learning, computer vision, and Azure Data and AI services is preferred.
- Experience with data profiling, cataloging, mapping, data preparation, data pipelines, data streams, system integration, and real-time or near-real-time analytics is preferred.
- Experience with .NET, Python, LLM solution architecture and development, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, time-series analytics, and Azure Machine Learning is preferred.
- Knowledge of data science and machine learning principles, DevOps, MLOps, SDLC, and Agile development is preferred.
- A master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is indicated.
- Microsoft Certified Data Science Associate certification is indicated as likely preferred.
- Approximately five to seven years in a similar professional position is indicated.
- Strong management consulting, software engineering or architecture, data science, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise architecture capabilities are preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills, the ability to write solid code, hands-on capability, and the ability to decompose complex problems are required.
- Ability to discuss AI use cases across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and resources is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed is required.
