Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-grade AI agents for clinical and operational workflows.
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows with a focus on reliability and quality.
- Contribute to the MCP server suite for standardized data access by AI agents.
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines using pgvector for clinical history retrieval.
- Develop clinician-facing product surfaces in React that integrate with AI backends.
- Own features from backend API design to front-end experience with high quality.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from clinical and operational users.
- Contribute to the clinical data ontology for AI agents and decision support.
- Write clean, HIPAA-compliant code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architecture discussions and make build vs. buy decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack capabilities.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and understanding LLM tool use.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases in production contexts.
- Familiarity with MCP or equivalent integration protocols is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English.
