Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide solution design recommendations for Vantage/wmA initiatives.
- Deliver enhancements, integrations, customizations, and other development initiatives on Vantage/wmA.
- Support business operations, resolve complex queries, and perform root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
- Contribute to modernization, conversion, migration, and transformation initiatives involving Vantage/wmA platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, and delivery teams to define and implement solutions.
- Perform effort estimation, solution sizing, proposal support, and business growth activities.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Own project milestones, delivery timelines, and overall solution quality.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Vantage/wmA, PPlus, and DSS, including platform architecture, configuration, development, customization, support, and solution design.
- Strong hands-on Mainframe experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and their alignment with Vantage/wmA capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, lead technical discussions, and guide delivery teams.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, senior stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
