Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end FlexPLM implementation activities, including system setup, configuration, customization, and upgrades.
- Integrate PLM solutions with enterprise systems and maintain interoperability using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across PLM and connected systems.
- Develop and refine workflows, templates, reports, and PLM-related business processes.
- Perform data migration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide technical support during go-live and post-deployment phases.
- Lead FlexPLM implementation or enhancement projects and coordinate teams across IT, product development, and sourcing.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and support user training.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with FlexPLM configuration, customization, and upgrades, including modules such as Line Planning, Tech Pack, and Colour & Material Management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes in retail or fashion, including design-to-delivery workflows, BOMs, and vendor collaboration.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and SQL for FlexPLM backend work.
- Experience with Windchill architecture and integration with ERP systems such as SAP and design and specification tools.
- Experience with workflow design, data migration, process mapping, and system performance tuning.
- Experience leading FlexPLM implementation or enhancement projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user training capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for building agentic AI around product memory and autonomous agents.
