Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the SRE team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Identify technical solutions to enhance incident readiness and response.
- Create and monitor metrics to support operational availability.
- Set and improve code review and design standards for the team.
- Provide feedback and guidance to develop talent within the team.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and launching backend systems at scale.
- Proficient in scripting and development languages like Bash, Python, or Kotlin.
- Experience with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- 4+ years in a Site Reliability or Production Engineering team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.
- Experience in defining technical plans for significant features or system components.
