Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship backend services for custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, compliance, and engineers within a cross-functional team.
- Take ownership of a service or capability and lead medium-scope projects.
- Strengthen system reliability through improved logging, tracing, and failure handling.
- Drive cross-service initiatives and shape technical direction with design documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with backend development, particularly in Go and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with service patterns such as gRPC and REST.
- Knowledge of data processing technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
- Ability to navigate trade-offs between product velocity and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
