Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services end to end, from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Apply sound engineering fundamentals, clean design, and quality-focused practices.
- Document work clearly and maintain readable, discoverable code and decisions.
- Use AI tools as part of daily engineering work.
- Review code and mentor engineers by setting a strong technical example.
- Take ownership of problems and drive them through resolution.
- Learn new technologies, stack components, and business domains as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Adaptability, strong organization, ownership, and an AI-first mindset.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience with architecture or design-level ownership.
- Preferred: experience with microservices or event-driven architecture.
- Preferred: frontend experience with Angular, React, or similar technologies.
- Preferred: experience with cloud-native or containerized environments.
- Preferred: exposure to test automation practices.
- Preferred: experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
