Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage test plans and strategies for complex software applications.
- Create, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks.
- Perform manual and automated functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and help resolve software defects with developers.
- Drive improvements in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and promote testing best practices.
- Analyze test data, generate quality metrics, and report software quality to stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and product planning.
- Evaluate emerging testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software quality assurance experience focused on manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks; Karate and/or Playwright preferred.
- Strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- In-depth knowledge of functional, regression, performance, and security testing methodologies.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
