Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll software components.
- Integrate payroll components with other SAP modules and improve payroll functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll and strong knowledge of payroll processing and related business processes.
- Experience customizing payroll components and integrating them with other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to payroll systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
