- Oversee the entire delivery life cycle from training to launch support.
- Guide customers and partners to maximize benefits from implementations.
- Travel to customer and partner locations as needed (20-30%).
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT/software experience.
- Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations.
- Ability to enable real-world use cases with new technologies.
- Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
- Insight into market dynamics and technological advancements.
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills.
- Experience driving customer/partner software integration engagements.
- Proactive leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
