Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, upgrades, and governance for enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business and client requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions and supporting design documentation.
- Architect and manage secure integrations with internal and external systems, including MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
- Lead ITIL-based transformation initiatives and align platform capabilities with business and enterprise architecture goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and junior architects.
- Oversee testing strategy, usability reviews, validation, platform upgrades, and new feature adoption.
- Use ServiceNow Performance Analytics and BI tools to create dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships and communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, sales pursuit teams, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required; the description also specifies 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture and delivery.
- Strong ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integration, and platform expertise, including 8+ end-to-end implementations and platform upgrades.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge and Case Management, Custom Portals, and preferably ITOM.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, Jelly scripting, Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Core Java.
- Experience with MySQL, MS SQL Server, and PL/SQL databases.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, SAML, JDBC, ODBC, and MID Server technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
