Base Salary
$83k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable iOS platform solutions involving architecture, UI state management, data access, build tooling, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Partner with CVS and Aetna engineering teams to identify common challenges and deliver reusable solutions.
- Develop CLIs, GitHub workflows, bots, linting rules, and other automation that improves developer productivity.
- Maintain and evolve the iOS platform by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and improving reliability and usability.
- Provide technical guidance to product and engineering teams and promote accessibility, security, performance, testing, and clean-code standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing iOS mobile applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with modern iOS development frameworks such as SwiftUI.
- Experience using Xcode and Swift to create, enhance, and publish iOS apps to the Apple App Store.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a high-school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience is also accepted.
- Preferred qualifications include platform or enablement-team experience, shared framework or tooling development, XCTest, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, accessibility standards, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Git, technical documentation, and Agile software development.
