Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and support enterprise software, APIs, automation workflows, and developer-facing platform capabilities.
- Develop secure, performant, reliable, testable, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with team members, product partners, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders across the company.
- Contribute to technical designs, architecture discussions, engineering standards, and development best practices.
- Mentor team members through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive software development experience.
- Significant experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise software applications and APIs.
- Experience building and operating solutions in public cloud environments, primarily Azure and GCP.
- Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and code review practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts, influence decisions, and collaborate across teams.
- Preferred: experience using AI-assisted development tools with sound engineering judgment and adherence to architecture, security, and code quality standards.
- Preferred: experience with GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, Kubernetes, GKE, or AKS.
- Preferred: experience building developer-facing tools, self-service platforms, administration capabilities, or developer productivity solutions.
