Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evolve AWS account strategy, VPC design, and workload segmentation.
- Own firewalls and edge security strategy across the cloud footprint.
- Enhance IaC security scanning, Terraform module governance, and pipeline security.
- Manage vulnerability detection, misconfiguration detection, and SIEM strategy.
- Set security standards for AI products and developer tooling.
- Contribute to day-to-day Cloud Infrastructure work, including Terraform reviews and on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with a focus on cloud security.
- Fluent in writing production Terraform and authoring custom IaC security scanning rules.
- Deep experience in AWS or GCP, including account strategy and network design.
- Experience consolidating vulnerability and misconfiguration programs.
- Evaluated SIEM approaches and made principled choices for security.
- Understanding of security implications of LLMs and AI-enabled tooling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Cloud Infrastructure and InfoSec teams.
