Base Salary
$180k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build core healthcare integration primitives for AI agents.
- Own production integrations with systems like Epic, athenahealth, and Oracle Health.
- Build reusable platform capabilities for healthcare data access and workflows.
- Collaborate with Agent Engineers on healthcare workflows such as appointment scheduling.
- Serve as a technical SME with customers’ EHR and IT teams.
- Define standards for safe healthcare agent actions, including data privacy safeguards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Deep experience with production healthcare integrations under HIPAA constraints.
- Strong technical fluency with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
- Experience building integrations with major EHRs or healthcare platforms.
- Strong product judgment regarding reusable primitives and customer-specific designs.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
