Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, account, and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and design tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs and create solution deliverables.
- Develop technical proposals with sales and bid teams and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Participate in customer workshops and bid defense activities.
- Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
- Conduct customer demonstrations and presentations explaining how ServiceNow addresses business challenges.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in ServiceNow pre-sales.
- Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Experience developing and delivering client presentations and proofs of concept.
- Ability to design and document solutions that complement customer requirements and existing technology landscapes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure and how ServiceNow solutions integrate with them.
- ServiceNow or other relevant certifications are expected; ServiceNow System Administrator and ITIL V3/4 Foundation are preferred, and Certified Implementation Specialist is desired.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
