Responsibilities
- Review complex SQL queries and identify SQL performance bottlenecks.
- Review PL/SQL programs and identify opportunities for automation.
- Perform effort estimation for data-centric testing.
- Prepare test plans and estimates, using MS Project knowledge.
- Conduct data warehouse testing, data-flow testing, and data validation.
- Work with multiple ETL tools, reporting tools, or databases.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, MIS reporting, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in data-centric testing.
- 8–10 years of overall experience as stated in the posting.
- Experience with complex SQL, PL/SQL, data warehouse testing, data flows, and data validation.
- Experience with multiple ETL tools, reporting tools, or databases.
- Knowledge of test plan preparation, effort estimation, and MS Project.
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose automation opportunities.
