Responsibilities

Translate product requirements into product features and application architecture.
Develop, review, and test Java mid-tier software.
Guide and assist developers and peers.
Improve software development quality processes and collaborate with development and testing teams.
Work with product management to define future requirements.
Assist management with project scoping and execution.

5–10 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring, MVC patterns, Gradle, and Maven.
B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
Experience with disciplined unit, regression, and integration testing.
Understanding and use of object-oriented analysis and design and design patterns.
Effective use of XML and JSON.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, including basic troubleshooting.
Experience working with databases and SQL, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of software development processes and quality standards.
Preferred familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Docker, Kubernetes, Go, React, CVS, Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Hadoop, Spark, and public cloud providers.
