Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage supporting IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize applications within DevOps tools.
- Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects application releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in a DevOps environment.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, follow escalation procedures, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, integration and deployment automation, infrastructure management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer support.
