Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features for game developers across the Discord app and developer portal.
- Collaborate with engineers to write, review, and ship scalable code.
- Own projects end-to-end, from design through post-launch.
- Engage with game developer partners to understand their needs.
- Work with product managers and designers to navigate ambiguity.
- Maintain high software quality through attention to detail.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with game development, preferably with Unity or Unreal.
- Familiarity with Python, Elixir, Rust, Typescript/React, or C++.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience using AI coding tools to enhance productivity.
