Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms, including Amazon EKS.
  • Design and develop reusable infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, self-service capabilities, platform modules, and engineering blueprints.
  • Participate in Kubernetes provisioning, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and platform lifecycle activities.
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, observability, monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and production stability.
  • Automate operational, governance, security, and compliance processes.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams on security controls, vulnerability management, remediation, and platform hardening.
  • Onboard application workloads to cloud platforms, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to documentation and operational runbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of software engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, container technologies, and Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
  • Experience developing automation with Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps methodologies, Git-based source control, and Agile development practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Preferred experience includes Amazon EKS, Kubernetes networking, service mesh, ingress technologies, GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, observability platforms, policy-as-code, cloud governance, AWS or Kubernetes certifications, and enterprise-scale production support.
