Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Design and customize security solutions, including bespoke solutions for complex customer environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using software engineering, application security, and DevOps expertise.
- Build customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer feedback and technical challenges into product improvements.
- Help customers adopt secure software development practices and improve developer experience.
- Lead technical integration projects and provide strategic technical guidance throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience in a technical domain, including at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, application security, or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and experience designing, implementing, or managing workflows to ship and secure code.
- Strong understanding of programming languages, application security principles, and secure software development practices.
- Experience designing custom technical solutions and working directly with customers in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, or similar roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience building secure and scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and developing strategic solutions aligned with customer goals.
