Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex user interfaces using React.js.
- Lead TV application development for Samsung Tizen TV and LG WebOS, ensuring platform compliance and smooth integration.
- Define frontend architecture and drive decisions supporting scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and compatibility across web, mobile, and TV devices.
- Integrate frontend interfaces with APIs and manage complex asynchronous operations.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Stay current with frontend technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption.
- Lead technical projects and sprint-level initiatives from concept through delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including hooks, context, and advanced patterns.
- Proficiency with state management solutions such as Redux, context API, and zustand.
- Proven experience with DRM technologies and secure playback implementations, including Widevine and FairPlay.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications for Samsung Tizen TV and LG WebOS.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
- Experience integrating with APIs and handling complex asynchronous operations.
- Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring experience, communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Preferred: experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Preferred: familiarity with UI/UX design systems, accessibility best practices, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Preferred: experience in agile development environments and leading sprint-level initiatives.
