Base Salary

$149k - $221k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a set of internal tools and integrations for the Customer Experience organization.
  • Lead R&D and rapid prototyping to identify high-leverage solutions.
  • Build production-quality front-end and back-end code, including API design.
  • Apply best practices to ensure internal tools are consistent and maintainable.
  • Leverage existing platforms to create reusable patterns and scalable solutions.
  • Explore and implement data ingestion patterns and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on data handling and compliance.
  • Define success metrics and document architecture for stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience building and operating production web applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Back-end experience with Node.js, API design, and serverless services.
  • Experience with Contentful or similar API-first CMS platforms.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs.
  • Experience designing web application architectures and data flows.
  • Establish lightweight engineering practices for a small team.
  • Mentorship and technical leadership skills to improve code quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
