Base Salary
$149k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a set of internal tools and integrations for the Customer Experience organization.
- Lead R&D and rapid prototyping to identify high-leverage solutions.
- Build production-quality front-end and back-end code, including API design.
- Apply best practices to ensure internal tools are consistent and maintainable.
- Leverage existing platforms to create reusable patterns and scalable solutions.
- Explore and implement data ingestion patterns and AI-assisted workflows.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on data handling and compliance.
- Define success metrics and document architecture for stakeholder visibility.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience building and operating production web applications.
- Hands-on expertise with modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Back-end experience with Node.js, API design, and serverless services.
- Experience with Contentful or similar API-first CMS platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs.
- Experience designing web application architectures and data flows.
- Establish lightweight engineering practices for a small team.
- Mentorship and technical leadership skills to improve code quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
