Base Salary
$135k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain LLM-powered services and APIs with proper error handling.
- Develop evaluation harnesses and pipelines to measure model performance.
- Instrument services for observability with logging and metrics.
- Design intelligent AI agents for intent recognition and query decomposition.
- Implement context engineering techniques for accurate AI responses.
- Integrate AI agents with internal and third-party systems.
- Contribute to standardized tooling protocols for AI agent maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and build AI solutions.
- Automate tasks in General & Administrative functions.
- Enable self-service data access using AI agents.
- Participate in agile development sprints and adapt to evolving requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and developing Generative AI agents.
- Strong expertise in intent detection and complex query decomposition.
- Demonstrated experience with context engineering for AI models.
- Understanding of knowledge graphs and vectorization related to LLMs.
- Experience building RAG systems with low-level design and implementation.
- Solid understanding of large language models and their enterprise applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with Databricks for processing data.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience in Databricks/Snowflake and associated AI components.
