Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ensure Tier-1 API availability and meet SLA requirements across core services.
- Design and deliver backend Java services for the Party & Account System.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of new account types.
- Build and maintain REST services and Kafka-driven asynchronous processors.
- Own integrations with downstream clearing and reporting systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into system behavior.
- Monitor production systems and diagnose performance issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend Java development.
- Strong understanding of API design and implementation.
- Experience with KYC workflows and brokerage account lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with production monitoring tools and distributed systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
