Responsibilities
- Define and uphold engineering patterns for Python, React, and cloud services.
- Lead the transition from traditional application logic to Agentic AI workflows and AI-first solution design.
- Integrate AI throughout the software development lifecycle and implement Model Context Protocol.
- Establish code reviews, quality gates, AI governance, LLM observability, hallucination mitigation, and bias detection practices.
- Mentor and upskill junior engineers on Agentic AI tools and shift development toward high-level system design.
- Optimize AI cloud architectures, model selection, token usage, and inference costs through AI FinOps.
- Partner with business teams to scope RAG and semantic-search solutions for enterprise data.
- Architect scalable full-stack, cloud-native AI solutions and guide engineering quality, scalability, and delivery throughput.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years in a Technical Lead role.
- Hands-on experience with Python, React, TypeScript, and LLM integration.
- Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong SQL and NoSQL skills and experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Expert-level experience with Azure or AWS and proficiency in Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience building AI-ready CI/CD pipelines and integrating REST and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol and AI-agent integration is required or strongly relevant.
- Preferred experience includes Workday, Power Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, secrets management, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
- Familiarity with compliance-aware AI development, data privacy, and regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals or finance.
