Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Design and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and MIS reporting.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and on-time release delivery.
- Provide customer support, capture requirements and clarifications, respond to requests, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise development skills.
- Experience with software design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, requirements analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
